Invisalign® is a new system of straightening teeth without the use of conventional braces. Invisalign is recommended for orthodontic situations with mild to moderate spacing or crowding. They are a type of clear braces, virtually undetectable, easy to use and comfortable to wear.
Your Invisalign dentist's instructions are translated by Invisalign® into a series of nearly undetectable Aligners using an advanced 3-D computer technology. Each of these Aligners should be worn for about two weeks, gradually moving your teeth until you achieve the desired results.
A series of clear plastic aligners are utilized to create tooth movement. Moving teeth with removable aligners is not new. With advanced technology however, the computer program can now generate a series of aligners with small changes.
Treatment takes about 12-18 months;however, the duration of treatment may vary based on your individual case.
Invisalign dental braces are the invisible, comfortable, and convenient way to straighten your teeth. They are effective for people with crowded teeth or teeth with spaces between them.
