What is All-on-4?
The All on 4 system uses four titanium dental implants in each arch to permanently attach a denture device to your jawbone. No glue, no loose teeth, and yes, you can eat corn on the cob. Using four metal devices that resemble screws, we place this device directly into your bone. We use titanium for two reasons:

Is the All On 4 procedure painful?
No, Dr. Palani performs the All on 4 procedure with the patient sedated. In fact, not only will the patient not feel pain, but they will have no memory of the procedure. Our patients are safely sedated through IV for the entire surgical portion of the procedure. Your experience will be comfortable.
How long is the healing process for All on 4?
Our patients will leave with a prescription for pain relief. This is to help with in discomfort for the next couple of days following the placement of All on 4. Most patients are able to resume normal activities within 3-4 days following the procedure. The full healing time can take up to two months, but patients do not experience discomfort for that length of time. We will provide you with important care instructions following your procedure.
